Joey Freddy Larsen was born and raised in Orillia, Ontario, Canada, and now resides and runs his creative ventures in the bustling arts hub of Toronto.

For more than 15 years, Joey has seamlessly combined his talents as an actor and standup comedian working in tv, film and theatre with coaching fellow performers to achieve their dreams through courses and trainings like his signature programs Actors Audition Club and Audition Hero Academy.

As host of Inside the Audition podcast, Joey is dedicated to empowering actors to unleash their full potential, shoot standout self-tape auditions and book life-changing roles.

On screen, Joey’s captivating performances have brought lead roles to life in the horror anthology series Tales from the Void and the award-winning action thriller feature We Came to Wreck Everything.

When Joey isn’t working on stage or on-screen, you might find him adventuring with his beloved doggy daughter Luna, playing guitar or laughing with family & friends.
